Am with my partner for 5yrs we got married in jamaica April 110th 2012, he took me from my house in jamaica and bring me to england, know he want's to throw me out of his house, and threatening me that he is going to cut the electricity off and also the water or even sell the house with me in it. We don't have any kids together. My question is can he do that

If you are not listed as an owner of the house, he can probably force you out. But he will probably need to obtain a divorce first. He can't just kick you out of the marital home.

You are still a spouse and it is therefore the marital home. So he can't just throw you out.
