    Pain in ankle while urinating
Hi. I have also been experiencing pain in my right ankle whenever I urinate or have a bowel movement. Whenever I "strain" to go to the bathroom I get this awful pain in my ankle. Also, recently when I was just walking I heard a crack and found myself on the floor. I had broken my right ankle exactly the same place where I experience the pain while going to the bathroom. Coincidence? Somehow I don't think so. Does anyone know anything about this problem? I would appreciate any news. Thank you

There would not be any connection between your ankle, urinating or having a bowel movement. Just think clearly about it? My theory is that you already had a hair line crack in that ankle and you were putting pressure on that ankle while sitting on the toilet.

You could just have weak bones. Have you ever had a bone density test? I suggest you talk to your doctor, however, a bone density test is nuclear medicine and you may not have a facility near you.

How old are you by the way ?
