You wouldn't put 3 Phase in a domestic situation.

Without knowing the intended usage it is IMPOSSIBLE to give any sort of meaningful advice.

The issue is that household items don't operate on 3 phase, it is designed for larger commercial equipment.

So there is nothing in your home you need it for.

If you are operating a commercial business, it may be cheaper, but it will depend on the cost of installing 3 phase to your business. The cost of transformers and the additional wiring, will all add to install cost. If you don't currently have 3 phase, a entire new service for the business.

Next the size of the motors running, how many hours a day they will run, and will have to compare the cost of electric to efficiency to see how it compairs.

For example in my old business, we had about 300 220 motors that ran 8 to 12 hours a day, So it was all 3 phase, But as for my home, nothing there runs on 3 phase, it would be useless to have it
