I had my mirena removed the 24 of this month (Oct), and I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend on the 19 (give or take a day) and ever since I've been feeling pregnant; super nauseous, cravings, severe moodiness, breast tenderness, cramping... I was sitting a couple days after removal, then had sex with my boyfriend the 26, but we used a condom and it did get a small hole in it, but he didn't ejaculate. After that I was bleeding a lot heavier, but it was dark brown, unlike my normal red. Could I be pregnant from either right before removal, or the time the other day? Any advice?

It can take time for your body to regulate after stopping Mirena only a few days ago. You might have to wait a full 3-4 weeks before testing to find out if you could be pregnant.
