If my cycle started 6-3-12 and ended on 6-7-12, I had intercourse on 6-3 partner ejaculated inside of me, 6-10 but partner didn't ejaculate inside of me, and 6-16 partner ejaculated inside of me. According to the doctor I ovulated on 6-16 or 6-17. Is it possible I got pregnant on 6-10?

Unless you were tracking your ovulation, no one can tell you for sure.
