Please start at the beginning. Was this your house? Who was in court? Was this a buy back by the lender?
A summary judgment providing for a judicial foreclosure? Possible, depending on what, if anything, defendant offered in opposition.

Was your sister defaulted? If so, it is not required that she be mailed copies. Go to the clerk of court, ask to see the file, and ask for copies of whatever you want.Quote:
