Afrer having rough sex for 3 days I have these problems.
Painful bumps at the bottom of my vagina on the outside near the skin between the anus and vagina.
A little bit of blood in my stool. Only happened one time.
When I pee and the pee touches the bumps its very painful.
This is very unbearable.

What do you know about the man you had sex with? We'd be shooting in the dark. See a doctor for STD testing if sitting in a warm tub with some olive oil or bath oil doesn't help, and maybe some antiseptic ointment. The little bit of blood is probably nothing.
