Im from northern Nevada and I was given a misdemeanor while passing through twin falls Idaho. I've already pleaded guilty. This is my first misdemeanor and my court date is soon, what should I expect?

A misdemeanor for what, exposing yourself, speeding, shop lifting ? Disturbing a meeting?

But in general, a fine, but depending on what it was, should have been handled by an attorney before any plea. A sentence would be arranged prior, plus often on some crimes a first offender program where conviction does not show up after probation time.

What if they sentence you to probation where you can't leave the state without permission, sort of stuck then ?
