I have been diagnosed with having sciatic pain but when I cough it shoots pain all the way down my leg , I have tried the stretching, prescription meds, walking, heating pad, and cold pack is there something wrong sometimes it eases up
But it seams like my leg is drawing up when I lay down at night

That can ruin your day. I HATE when mine wants to make it's presence known.

This sounds nuts but this is what I do. I am a very good tennis player. Sometimes I don't think I will be able to hit the ball because the pain is so bad. But within hitting 2 or 3 balls it unpinches and there is no more pain. I was shocked the first time and now expect it to go away immediately and it always does.
