I have really bad sharp/shooting pain on my lower left side of abdomen. I been having it now for more than 6 hours and I keep peeing a lot. Kan you help me?

Too many possibilities but if the pain starts to move down, it might be a kidney stone. An ovarian cyst. Even just a UTI. You really need to see a doctor, maybe get an ultrasound. (we know nothing about your age/history/weight/general health, not even your GENDER! Do you see why asking online is complicated?)
