Earlier today I had some mild pain on the left side odd my neck. In the past few hours it has started radiating down to my shoulder blade and over my shoulder down my left arm.
(no heart attack I'm 33 and in pretty good health:
It has gotten to the point whet I can barely move my neck to the left. Is this a case of I need to go to the ER our should I wait to see my family doctor in a few days?

Without the proper tests, i.e. Troponin, Myoglobin, EKG, etc. you cannot rule out a heart attack. Doesn't matter what condition your health is, or what age you are, they do happen.
