How long will a 4 and a half tank of fuel last at 120v and 120v/240v?

What does your manual say? It depends on the applied load. Lighting, not much load. Refrigerators and heaters, big load. 4-6 hours would be a rough guess.

    Hi,
The engine manual specifies 0.7lb/HPhr. 10 HP engine means 7lb/hr. Figuring 10lb/gal gets .07gal/hr and onward to 4.5 gal you get about 6.5 hr. A Dewalt gas tank is rated at between between 9 and 10 gal for the ones I have seen. That would translate into about 14 hr running time at the rated load which is 5300 Watts, not the surge 6000.
    Peace,
    Clarke
