I have a kenmore elite dishwasher model # 665-16593201. The quick rinse lite keeps blinking and the dishwasher will not start . I've tried everything from turning breaker off and on to blowing compressed air in control panel. Dishwasher still doesn't come on. I noticed when I hit the door handle lever a 2 flashes then LED goes to two dashes. Any suggestions how to fix or do I need to buy a control panel?
