    Comercial debt in Canada
I was just wondering, what is the statute of limitations for commercial debt in Canada?

In most cases it's after 6 years, but at this point they only can't sue you, they can still get collection agencies after you, which province though?

    SOL is a provincial matter.

What PROVINCE did this occur in?

    Also, WHEN did it occur?

    For example,
SOL in Ontario on unsecured debt (like credit card debt):
    Debt BEFORE Jan 1/04 = 6 years
    Debt AFTER Jan. 1/04 = 2 years
