So me and my brother were doing the salt and ice challenge and I did it on the top of my arm about 10cm away from my thumb and I left the salt and ice there for not long probably 25 seconds and I didn't fully melt the ice but I have just a red spot will it get worse as it only happened 20 minutes ago
