I'm not an expert, just a long time dog owner who reads about dogs a lot. It does not sound like she needs to "go" or a medical problem to me. It sounds like a behavioral problem, by peeing on your bed she is letting you know she is in charge. Does she sleep in your bed? I would recommend obedience training. If she has already had it, i would begin practicing some exercises daily. Make her sit, shake, lay down for everything, dinner, treats, going outside, everything. Make yourself the "top dog" again. I would also lock her out of your room when you are getting ready for bed so she doesn't have the opportunity. Finally I would recommend she get heavy exercise before bed. She might not be ready for bed and protesting after being alone all day. Play hard or take a long walk within an 1-2 hours before bed. Good luck!
