Without seeing the terms of the order appointing you guardian, and the form you are trying to complete, it's probably impossible for us to help you. You really need to run it by an attorney.

Clearly, if you were supposed to by a home with the proceeds, you appear to have ignored your responsibilities. If the home purchase fell through, why didn't you go back to the court for instructions, instead of spending the money on other things which appear not to have been authorized? So yes, you may very well be in trouble.
