I am engaged to an NRI some months back. Now he says he does not find comfort zone and wants to revoke the marriage agreement. He is from a highly educated and well placed family. I am from an educated and middle class family.

As per Indian law, does he have an option to revoke the agreement? If so, what are the remedies available to me. Can I claim compensation?
