I have a friend who lives in Yemen who would like to come back to the uk for a holiday. (He did live in the Scotland while he was studying for approximate 6 years.)
He cannot apply for a tourist visa at the British embassy in Yemen as it has been closed. Is there any other way he can apply for a tourist visa other than at the embassy in Yemen?
