They installed a New GE A/C in my small one bedroom apartment. I can not keep humidity down. I put the thermostat at 68, motor on Low and I'm freezing and got the humidity down but not enough, still in the 60's most of the time. I need information to be able to ask the right questions, especially to deflect any defensive answers from maintenance. Please help.
