I have a Scotts 2046 riding mower. I am having trouble putting new mower belt on. There is one pully that is a double layer -what level does belt go on?

Thanks but this does not answer what lvel belt is to be routed on double level pulley

The motion drive belt goes on the top and the deck on the bottom of the engine stack pulley.
