    Cancelling lease/purchase
    I am doing a lease purchase on a home in KY. The lady who is on the lease only moved in her boyfriend without my permission. He has been rude and offensive to me on thephone. Do I have the right to cancel her lease as he has moved in

    Hello owner:

    If your lease says that she is the only one who can live there, or needs your permission to move somebody in, you can. But, if your lease doesn't say ANYTHING about it, she can live with whom ever she chooses to in her own home.
