Dear Doc,

I know that I have 32 cycle for my period. Start of my last period was Oct 1 and I am expecting to have it again on Nov 1. My period usually lasts for 4 to 5 days and clearing up up to 7 days. I had intercourse with my boyfriend last Oct 5 night and a week after intercourse I experienced slight cramp so I went to a gyne for a check up and said I am not pregnant or any sign of it. The lining was thin. She said it could be because of pressure during the sexual activity. I also experienced nausea and wanted to vomit a week after the intercourse. I had tested 3 PT and showed negative. Today, Oct 26 I have brown discharge or can this be called spotting? Can this be sign of pregnancy or chemical pregnancy? Please help. Thank you so much!

Of course the HPT are negative, it is too early to test. You will have to wait to see if you miss the Nov 1 period, and if you do, wait another 10 days to properly test.

And yes we know some of the HPT say you can test early, but almost always the show negative
