So, I was suppose to get my period 10-22-2012 and today is 10-25-2012. I've been having slight cramps off and on and now I am spotting lightly. I also have been feeling nauseous today. What is going on here, can someone help me out please?

There's absolutely no way to give you a diagnosis online.

If you feel you may be pregnant, and you don't get your period, than try a pregnancy test in a few days using first morning urine. If the test is negative than wait a week or two, and test again if you still haven't gotten your period. If that test is negative than wait until your next period is due, and test again or see your doctor for a more accurate blood test.

Its too soon to worry its just a few days late. Take the over the counter pregnancy test if you are over 1 week late.
