Hi. I have been born in bombay sine 1982 and lived here since then. My mum too was born in bombay and has lived here ever since then. Dad was born in goa in 1949 and has his name on a Portuguese transit visa and also has his birth certificate. His parents were born in Goa and their names are on the said portuguese documents. My father is no more and expired in 1990. By virtue of being born in Goa before 1961 my dad would be entitled to apply for a portuguese passport however snce he is no more I am keen on appluying for the same. My mum is not interested in applying for a portuguese passport.

I would like to apply for the portuguese passport and based on the above background I have provided of my family I would like to know if I would be eligible to apply for the same and if yes what would be the necessary documents required.

I would like to know the exact documentation and criteria requeired
