You can definitely get an infection, and an infection that's not treated, can be fatal.

Putting ink into your skin, deep enough to be permanent, requires a needle, and ink. There's no way that you could make the needle sterile at home, and not all ink is safe to inject into the skin.

So you, it's not a smart thing to do, and it could cause you problems.

Why did you do this?

I doubt you'll die or even get sick I gave myself one in March and it just looked/looks ugly and I regret it. I would advise you to go to a pro. Shop next time.
