I am 56 and have not had a period for 4 years. Is it now safe for me to have unprotected sex with my husband?

Pregnancy is ALWAYs a possibility with unprotected sex. I've delivered a baby to a 52 year old who was in menopause for 8 years.

Sex could be more enjoyable because of the LACK of estrogen?

And what about STD?
