    What do you mean by height discrimination in employees?:confused:
    Is there any effects to the short people employee? :confused:

    It can refer to unfavorable treatments of either unusually tall or short people.
    It always takes the form of unfavorable treatment of smaller people and more favorable of taller people.

    Gee its nice when people answer their own questions.

    I don't think height is a protected class of person when it comes to discrimination. Also the requirements of a certain jobs might require some minimum or mximum height.

    I'd be awful at driving a clown car, and if I applied for that job, I fully expect to be discriminated against.

    Short people, tall people, ugly people, fat people, obnoxious people etc etc are not protected classes, as far as discrimination is concerned.
