I have been having increased severe arm bone pain for the past 3 to 4 weeks. Hard to dress myself, can't sleep, can hardly lift anything, squeeze shampoo bottle, cook etc. Have tried rest, sling, heat, sports cream, elevation, Tylenol, Aspirin, Ibuprofen which really upsets my ulcer :( It is both arms. Don't have insurance.

Well, this could be nothing and it could be serious and either way you need to see a doctor. Many people go to emergency rooms who cannot afford care, and they must treat you. You may qualify for medicaid and otherwise you can negotiate costs. It is cheaper to go to a doctor than the emergency room but an emegency room cannot turn you away. It could be the onset of arthritis, a pinched nerve in your neck or upper back that's radiating pain to your arms, or a lot of different things. No way anyone online can diagnose you or tell you what to do about it.
