Since it is 4 weeks post miscarriage, it is quite possible you are going to be starting your period soon. Hence the symptoms you are having.

I do not normally get any period pain symptoms. And it isn't period pain it's more sharp pain for one hour in the night then went away and a light pinky mucus when I wiped in morning. I feel exhausted and peeing a lot which is same symptoms. I know I probably
