Hello,

I am 22 years old and currently seeing a very attractive successful 25 year old woman. I am VERY attracted to her and every time we've ever attempted to have sex I will go soft as soon as we are about to have intercourse. I've never had sex before this woman and I just cannot seem to block out the fear of losing an erection. I can achieve a full erection no problem during foreplay but the minute we get to actual sex the negative thoughts flood my mind and I have no way of getting them out I feel. I am fearful of losing this woman because I really do care for her and I always reiterate that it is not her because I can't say enough how much she truly does turn me on physically and mentally but I feel because I like her so much that the pressure to perform is that much greater. Please I really need advice on staying calm at this point in the process because I truly am lost. I am a smoker although I've cut down but I feel that is really hampering my circulation so I need to stop and I have cut out alcohol. I am doing everything I can think of but to no avail and it is really starting to hamper me mentally. Please any suggestions and before someone dip comes on here and says maybe you're gay I can assure you I am not.
