All right so I'm a fifteen year old female, I'm usually pretty unhealthy due to a blood condition I was born with that reduces my amount of white blood cells tremendously so I usually have a cold or flu.
But about a month ago I had a really bad flu, I was out for a week with severe stomach/abdominal pains and vomiting. The pains went away and stayed away for two/three weeks. But recently my stomach has been hurting non-stop, I've been woken up by it multiple times throughout the night it gets so bad. I feel like I constantly have to go to the washroom and when I do I have a really clouded pee with a bad stench and sometimes green-colored stool. (this is incredibly embarrassing but I was mostly taught to observe your bowel movements when sick)
I want to be able to know what's wrong with me and whether I should go to a doctor.

Yes, go to a doctor (like, yesterday). We can't diagnose you because we don't have the credentials and we can't see you.
