In August I had my mirena removed. I had a normal period exactly 28 days after removal. I just had what I believed to be my 2nd period post removal, however it only lasted 24 hours. I am now so tired and nauseous I cannot get out of bed. My upper back is aching as are my boobs. I took a home pregnancy test but it is negative. Should I be concerned?
