    Pregnancy
Hi, I am 21 yr old woman. I am married. I usually don't get done when we have sex and sometimes it gets frustrating. Well my 2nd problem is that I have pcod so I can't get pregnant which I really want to. I have gone to see Gyn but she gave me birth control pills so I can regulate my period. She told me to lose weight which can be hard for me, but I really want to have kids.

So please find solutions for me. Thank you.

PCOD/PCOS doesn't mean you can't have kids, just that the process is harder.

The solution is to follow your doctors orders. Please read this. It goes over your disorder and how you can help manage it.

The short version is that you have a severe hormone imbalance that is causing your ovaries to not release your mature eggs. Instead they form into cysts. This further mucks up your hormone balance.

The birthcontrol will regulate your period and more importantly your hormones. Well help too at least. Losing weight will help speed up this process. It will help clear up the hormone imbalance.

So what can you do? Take your pills and lose weight. You're also only 21. Give it time to work itself out and you'll be able to fix this. Then you can have many babies. Also realize that there isn't an easy solution, you have to work at this.

You do need to follow your doctors instructions to manage your health issues but enjoying sex will require you to be open and honest with your husband. Tell him to let you get your rocks off first, and then let him get his. Practice makes perfect.

Kids will come when you are able to handle it. Be patient.
