    Converting a utility room
    I have acombi boiler in a utity roo rated IXP5D . I wnt to convert the utility room into a shower/wc/and wash basin. Can the boiler stay put?

    Don't know what the code is in your area, but if you have enough room and will be able to service boiler there should be no problem.

    Check with your building dept to see if this is allowed. You will need permits to do this job.
