I know absolutely nothing about the artist, song title, lyrics, genre, etc. But it was in the mid 90s (any time 93-96), I saw it on MTV, and it had a boy sitting in bed who was becoming more and more connected to his computer until he had some sort of VR mask covering his face with tubes and wires sticking out of it.

Any ideas?
