45 female, BP 69/49, sleeps 20 hrs a day, chews nicotine gum when awake. Hasn't eaten for 3 days, heart surgery and mini stroke in last 6 months. Won't eat or drink now. Live rural planning to call Dr in morning. Anything I can do or try now and should I wait?
