My husband and I were married when my daughter was born but I did not add him to her birth certificate.Our daughter was born in 2003 in charlotte county floridaHowever since then we have separated and my daughter and I live in tuscarawas county Ohio and I am unsure of how to go about adding him on as we are both in agreement to this and would like to have it done before we divorce?
