Can I legally kick my daughter out of my house ? She is 21, does not give me any kind of rent or utilities, spends all her money on herself. When I ask if she can pay for something she either lies and says her money is for something else or she gets angry and mean. She has thrown stuff around the house before. Can I kick her out ?
