My daughter and grandaughter live with my husband and I. She pays no rent or has any agreement to stay with us. She constantly LIES to us. I agreed to do daycare for her at a cost of $100.00 a week. She has not paid anything to me for over a month now and when I ask, she becomes very abusive to me, only when my husband is not home. Can I legally tell her to get out ? We live in MN and I don't know what the laws are. I need an answer not counciling PLEASE.
