This is a completely serious question. I am 17 and I think I'm reaching the end of puberty. I am heterosexual and can get aroused quite easily, but I have never successfully ejaculated or orgasmed while awake before. I frequently have wet dreams, and I suppose that's due to me never ejaculating while awake. I have tried to masturbate before but it has never worked, so I have given up trying. I haven't told anyone about this, because it is quite an embarrassing and unusual situation. I have never been in a relationship before and I cannot masturbate, so I have no form of release at all, leaving me feeling very sexually frustrated and abnormal. I feel like I'm missing out on something amazing that everyone else is a part of. I have lived a pretty normal and uneventful childhood- I have never been abused before nor ever had some sort of traumatic sexual experience. I don't have any symptoms other than this. I think I am fairly healthy for my age, I am 173 cm tall and weigh 62 kilos. I bike to school and back every day and take my dogs on long walks, so I get a fair amount of exercise. I try to eat healthy, but I do occasionally eat junk food. Also I am not taking any prescription medications. Since this is a very personal issue, I have not heard of any other family members having this condition or told anyone else about my problem. However, since most of my family members older then me have children, I guess that means they don’t have this problem.
