I wake up at 6am, by 9am I can't keep my open, my head is bobbing, 1-2 hours of struggling, I feel better. Can it be my sugar or low iron? It's hard to work this way. I do not eat breakfast.

You should eat a healthy breakfast.
If your symptoms don't go away, you could go to your doctor to get your blood checked, but the most likely cause is the lack of nutrition.
Isn't the cause of this apparent to you? Go to your doctor and get complete blood work done, then get on the right track!
