    DNA test
The mother is asking for child support after 10yes and the boy has another mans name. She refuses me visitation so will the court help with the DNA test due to this situation and also waive the fees due to my very little income if I prove my income?
    Thank you

Where are you at , will help with answers

Why does the child have another mans name, was child adopted, is another father listed on birth certificate ? All of that matters to the answer.

If the child is just named, and no other man is on birth certificate, the name of child does not matter.

The mother could have waited till the child was 17, waiting does not matter.

I doubt that anyone is going to help pay DNA, you can ask for the mother to pay. If you know the child is yours beyond any doubt, you may be able to waive the test and just agree to pay support.
