I live in Washington state. I was being garnished for a debt from approx. 6 years ago.After 90 days the collection agency has to renew garnishment and that's when I could make an arrangement with them. The problem is they are refusing my arrangement. The only arrangement they will make is no better than the garnishment.

They have a judgment against you. They have no obligation to make an arrangement less then they wikl get from a garnishment.

And why should they accept less than the garnishment, they know they have that for sure.

They are not required to accept any offer other than payment in full
