My period is usually very regular, every 29 days. Well this month it started 5 days ahead of schedule, and I'm not sure I would call it a period. It was extremely light, no need for pads or tampons. I just used a liner and it was really only noticeable when I went to the washroom and it was bright red which isn't normal for me. It also lasted six days. I'm not trying to conceive, basically if it happens it happens. I need help is this a period or due to pregnancy?
