I'm 15 years old. And I'm an "f" cup. I have strain in my neck from my chest and my parents won't let me get surgery. Is there a way for me to get a smaller chest size with surgery?

There is very little that can be done until you finish growing..
Weight control may help, but without further information it's impossible to say.

It is unlikely you can find a surgeon to perform such surgery at your age, even if you parents woud agree.

You may need to be professional fitted for a bra to alleviate the stress on your body. Once you turn 18 you can investigate surgery.

Well I have a couple bras that were prescibed by specialists. But they don't really help. And what's really sad is my parents spent hundreds of dollars on them.

Well unless your over weight there is really nothing you can do besides surgery. try and get a good bra fitting I suppose

I'm a 32F, which means that I'm not overweight, I just have big breasts. Thank you genetics.

I have specially fitted bras, and I also found that the "Ah bra" is a great product. I have a few of them, and I have no issues when I wear them. I do have to double up, meaning that I wear two of them, but they're great. I love them, and Walmart sells them now, $20 for two. You just go by your shirt size.

You can live with an F cup, you just have to have the right tools.

As for surgery, no doctor will touch you until you're done growing. You're 15, you're still maturing, and chances are your breasts will get bigger. Surgery right now would be pointless.
