So I was at work and I was playing with my friend and her hand hit my thumbnail I have really long acrylic nails and my nail bent Back. It was bleeding really bad and I'm in so much pain I can bend it back all the way to my cuticle the acrylic is still hanging on to my real nail what do I do!?

Cut it all off the best you can, as much as you can and keep it wrapped up until you can dispose of the acrylic nail and what it is attached to by cutting gradually.

You probably have a low pain threshold.
