I haven't seen my boyfriend in months (LDR) and today about an hour after we had sex I noticed I was bleeding lightly. It was rough, and since we haven't seen each other since April it hurt a little. Is this normal? Also, what should I do about it?

If it is only light, diluted bleeding, yes it is from rough sex, probably you being not lubricated enough at first and the vaginal walls are very susceptible to tearing. Or, foreplay with fingernails may be the culprit. Always make sure hands are clean and nails are clipped and clean otherwise the dirt from fingernails will interrupt the Ph balance of your vaginal and cause an infection.
