There is a girl in my high school in which I really like, and long story short I'm pretty sure she likes me back. I asked her to the movies, and she was really eager to go but in the end couldn't (she was not allowed). I think that I am going to tell her how I feel when I get back to school, but I'm not sure how. I want to tell her that I really like her, and that I want to hang out with her at school and stuff. What should I do?

You asked her to the movies, tell her you like her. Ask her if she wants to hang out at school.
But now if she is not allowed to date, you probably should not put her on the spot.

Oh,I'm pretty sure she can date, she had a boyfriend a while ago.

Then just ask her if she wants to hang out sometimes.

If you like her TELL HER!! But if her folks don't allow it then I think it would be best to back off a bit
