So, I've been with my girlfriend for just over 3 years, we live together and have a baby together.

I think I'm happy but obviously I'm not, I don't trust my girlfriend. She's absolutely stunning, I don't mean mediocre, I mean like Hollywood beautiful, and I know that most lads would love to be with her.

But I can't stop thinking that when she goes out she's with other men.

Has she ever given you any cause to worry or not trust her? How she looks or what other men might think or try don't count. Has she ever cheated?

Many times when we don't trust our partners it is because of how we feel about ourselves or how afraid to give our trust we are. How do you feel about yourself? Are you confident in who you are and what you have to offer? Has anything happened in your background which might cause you to have difficulty trusting your partner? Are you afraid if you accept the good things something bad will happen?

Do you have any interests or hobbies outside the relationship? Do you spend time with your friends?

If she hasn't given you any reason to doubt her, then look for the reasons you should trust her. She is with you. She has a child with you. You don't say so I am guessing, she loves you.

Can she trust you? Give yourself a chance to trust her.
